terms:

Custom Orders

All items are made to order. Please carefully review sizes, colors,
spelling, and design selections before completing your purchase. Once an
order is placed, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges
unless an item is misprinted or defective. If there is an issue with
your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items so
we can make it right.

Sizing Responsibility

Size charts are provided when available. It is the customer’s
responsibility to choose the correct size. We cannot exchange items due
to sizing errors once production has begun.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary based on order size, product availability, and
season. Estimated timelines are not guarantees, but we work hard to
complete orders as quickly as possible. Rush orders may be available
depending on the situation.

Product Availability

Apparel brands and colors may occasionally be out of stock from
suppliers. If this happens, we will contact you with comparable options.

Payments

Payment is required before production begins unless prior arrangements
have been made for invoiced orders (such as approved businesses or
organizations).

Online Orders

Orders placed are processed after your order is placed. Delivery
timelines begin once your order has been submitted.

Design Ownership

Custom designs created by Comfy Vibes Co remain the property of Comfy
Vibes Co unless otherwise agreed upon. We may use product photos or
designs for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your apparel, wash inside out in cold water and
tumble dry low. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper
care.

Shipping & Pickup

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Local
pickup times will be arranged when orders are ready.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
