Returns & Exchange Policy

At Comfy Vibes Co, each item is custom made just for you. Because of the
personalized nature of our products, we have the following return
policy:

Custom Items

All custom apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns or
exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or design
selection once production has begun.

Damaged or Misprinted Items


If your item arrives misprinted or defective, please contact us within 3
days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue so
we can review and make it right. Approved issues will be replaced at no
additional cost.

Sizing

Size charts are provided when available. It is the customer’s
responsibility to review sizing before ordering. We cannot exchange
items due to sizing errors.

Order Changes

Changes or cancellations may only be made before production starts. Once
your order is in production, it cannot be modified.

Color & Brand Variations

We do our best to accurately represent colors and styles, but slight
variations can occur due to screen settings or supplier availability.
These do not qualify for returns.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us through our website or social media with your order
details and photos of the issue. We’re committed to great service and
will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.
